Jeremy has over 20 years of experience inventing, designing, and developing advanced wearables for tactical applications. His specialties include product design and commercialization, intellectual property development, organizational leadership, and providing simple solutions for complex problems. Jeremy is the original founder of First-Light USA and holds several US Utility Patents.
Jeff Vaughan | Chief Financial Officer
Jeff is a seasoned financial executive and certified public accountant with over 30 years of experience. He began his career in public accounting, followed by 20 years in the restaurant industry as the Chief Financial Officer for Jimmy John’s. In his tenure, he helped them grow into a national chain exceeding 2,700 locations and $2 billion in sales.​
Luke Morrison | Principal Engineer
Luke has extensive experience in cross functional engineering environments bringing complex products to market. Through his work experience and education in mechanical engineering and robotics, he grew a passion for being a "T-shaped" engineer: having a depth in mechanical engineering but implementing technologies and techniques from the breadth of engineering disciplines.
