His specialties include product design and commercialization, intellectual property development, organizational leadership, and providing simple solutions for complex problems. Jeremy is the original founder of First-Light USA and holds several US Utility Patents.
Blake Good | Chief Product Officer
Blake brings a ton of experience and a fresh approach to product development driven by a commitment to crafting elegant, simple solutions that start with solving user problems. A true champion of user-centric design, Blake leads with a laser focus on understanding and addressing real user needs. Blake has a solid track record of delivering products both here in the US and internationally.
Jeff Vaughan | Chief Financial Officer
Jeff is a seasoned financial executive and certified public accountant with over 30 years of experience. He began his career in public accounting, followed by 20 years in the restaurant industry as the Chief Financial Officer for Jimmy John’s. In his tenure, he helped them grow into a national chain exceeding 2,700 locations and $2 billion in sales.

Noel Sons | Director, Military Applications
Noel is a retired US Navy SEAL with 23 years of service. With extensive expertise in Special Operations Medicine, Noel has completed twelve combat deployments and held various specialized roles within the Navy SEALs. Notably, he established the Tactical Medical Training Cell, revolutionizing Special Operations Medic training. Noel holds patents for several medical products.
Luke Morrison | Principal Engineer
Luke has extensive experience in cross functional engineering environments bringing complex products to market. Through his work experience and education in mechanical engineering and robotics, he grew a passion for being a "T-shaped" engineer: having a depth in mechanical engineering but implementing technologies and techniques from the breadth of engineering disciplines.
